Use & Care
Use: Vietnamese cinnamon, known for its bold, sweet-spicy flavor, enhances baked goods, desserts, oatmeal, and savory dishes like curries or stews. Use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp per serving, adjusting to taste, as its potent flavor is stronger than regular cinnamon. Sprinkle over coffee, hot chocolate, or roasted fruits, or mix into spice rubs for meats. For wellness uses, like cinnamon tea, use sparingly and consult a professional for medicinal applications.
Care: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place to maintain flavor and potency for up to 2–3 years. Check freshness by ensuring a strong, sweet aroma; replace if faded. Keep away from moisture to prevent clumping. Handle carefully to avoid inhaling fine powder, which may irritate. Store out of reach of children and pets.
